The Small Business Architect provides business consulting, coaching, and fractional services to help businesses scale and improve their performance, productivity, and profitability.
Who can benefit from The Small Business Architect's services?
Any business can benefit from our services. We focus on helping construction and trades companies scale through government contracts, however, we can help any and all who are interested and qualified. We have tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client or we can refer you to who can best help you.
What are Fractional services and how does is it differ from coaching or consulting services?
Fractional services are one of our team members work with you as a part-time leader and executor for you—like a Government Contracts Manager—who step into your business to drive strategy and implementation through finding opportunities to bid on and helps build proposals.
Unlike coaching or consulting, we don't just advise—we help execute. This is ideal for business owners who want results, not just recommendations.
